International Tax Services

We are experienced with the U.S. taxation of foreign companies, individuals; and the taxation of expatriates.

The IRS continues to focus attention on offshore accounts.   The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act became law in March of 2010.   Foreign financial institutions are required to either withhold on U.S. accounts or register with the IRS to report certain information about their U.S. accounts.  Many foreign governments have signed or have agreed to sign bilateral agreements for information sharing, including China and Russia.  We have the expertise and experience in complying with foreign account disclosures, whether it’s to apply to an voluntary disclosure program or delinquent returns, we can assist you with the compliance process.
